The NCR disapproves of slavery, prostitution, and gambling, all punishable offenses. The NCR needs funds to keep up these amenities, requiring all citizens to pay taxes. Due to the NCRs occupation of Hoover Dam in Nevada, electricity and water are available to NCR citizens. Living in the NCR means security and having access to NCR count systems. The NCR brings peace to the wasteland everywhere they reach.
NCR citizens enjoy democracy, liberty, and rule of law. In 2189 The NCR was created from the towns of Shady Sands, Los Angeles, Maxson, The Hub, and Dayglow. The formed a council to create a constitution. A movement wanting to turn Shady Sands into a nation gained popularity and in 2186, Shady Sands changed its name to New California Republic. Shady Sands grew and prospered from trade with other settlements. They created a town called Shady Sands which eventually turned into the capital of the NCR. To elaborate more on the keeping structure, that works more on who has the most confidence going into the operation performign their role as Squad/Fireteam leader.The NCR was created by a group of Vault dwellers from the nearby Vault 15. If you choose not to use the optional mod, your armor will look more WW2 UK based with the ceramic helmets & modified weaponry. There is an optional mod you can install from Armaholic that will have NCR Reskins for armor & Service Rifles but is not required to join the server. We are utilizing Post Apocalyptic Vehicles rather they be Mad Max inspired, Horses, or a broken down planes. Yes, there will be 1st Recon (The Red Berets). ISR (The gaming community) focuses more on roles instead of ranks so you can change around given the situation. Here is some test footage I recorded with one of the guys to try out the modlist.
We like to focus more on telling a memorable storyline on why we are fighting the war instead of just gunning stuff down for two hours straight. Our stuff is primarily early in the weekends EST but is always subject to change given having people from different timezones. My gaming community will be transitioning from Star Wars to a Fallout New Vegas themed storyline in the next coming days.
